Autumn menu

Now is the right time to enjoy the seasonal tastes of our excellent summer menu, which we have prepared for you in the highest quality and only from the freshest ingredients from local suppliers. With each bite you will thus feel the unique and unmistakable taste and smell of the Vysočina Region.

You can look forward to excellent home-made kulajda soup. Guests can also enjoy the classics in the form of veal cheeks in cream sauce or roasted beef ribs served with cabbage pies, cabbage from beetroot and pepper sauce. We can also offer you some of the centrepieces in our menu, but in an autumn coat.

Even in this winter season, our chef Michael Zapalač and his team will ensure a unique dining experience in the form of the 6course tasting menu "Trčka Lords of Lípa."
