Restaurant Menu

Take a deep breath, do you feel what we do? Spring is here. The earth is waking up after a harsh winter, and the herbs in our "Le Potager" garden that we love and use in our kitchen are starting to grow after a long rest.

 When my colleagues and I were thinking about this spring's menu, we decided to return to the foods that you, our guests, enjoyed the most over the years. You might therefore come across foods that you've already tasted at our restaurant. But do not worry, because they are in a completely new coat with the scent of the season.
When we change our menu, we always discover new suppliers.  This time, we have received the greatest joy from Mr. Hrabala from the nearby Kosovy, who breeds goats for us, whose meat you can taste with our potato ravioli. He also produces spelled pasta for us, which is a perfect accompaniment to the stuffed rabbit leg. As a sweet finish, let yourself be enchanted by the cheesecake made with goat milk from Boňkov, for example.
